I have been practicing yoga since January this year and suffering from severe pain in the neck and fingers of the hands ever since. It was only a couple of days back that I realized that I was exercising in a wrong manner which caused the pain. I have stopped exercising for the last two days. There has been about 5% improvement in the pain since. How long will it take to heal completely? Will I require surgery?

I was throwing up yesterday morning and I was really sick, went to doctors and they told me to come rest. I slept literally all day until like now… I’ve been taking a stomach cocktail they clal it but the pain in my back is unbearable… it makes me almost cry seriously its so painful idk what to do, i cant sleep. I tried ice, not working. and now my chest hurts idk why it hurts to breath

The disk pain is in my low back just above my sacrum. I am attempting to avoid surgery due to the fear that i will be unable to function as a person after the surgery. I have see the results of some surgery.. They patients have never been the same.

Have you tried cortisone injections? I have gotten a couple now in my S I joint, low back, and butt muscles. They do help with the inflamation. It relieves some pain once the inflamation calms down. Maybe see about doing some Physical Therapy. They can help with stretching and exercises.

Ok it really depends on the severity of your arthritis. If it is really severe (based on x-rays and MRI), a chiropractor may not be able to help.
However, with early arthritis, movement in the joints is very good and chiropractic can really help keep the movement in your neck.

Breathing causes lower back pain any idea what it may be?
