Does anyone know of any good home remedy’s for chronic low back pain ?
I have chronic low back pain for the past 20 + yrs and I seldom go to the doctor for anything. I have used up all of my vacation time on my back and it still hurts a lot. It is very hard to walk sometimes. Bent over or limping towards one side. Any help would be great.
Hi Ed! Have you ever tried Tramadol? Tramadol is used to relieve moderate to moderately severe pain. Tramadol also may be used to treat pain caused by surgery and chronic conditions such as cancer or joint pain. Tramadol works by decreasing the brain’s perception and response to pain. Tramadol also reduces the size or magnitude of the pain signal passed from one nerve to another. Tramadol is a wonder drug for me! you can find more info on Tramadol at www.Buy-Tramadol-Online.info. also, You can Buy Tramadol Online with NO prior prescription and they ship via Fedex Overnight. Good Luck Dear!
A good chiropractor. Search youtube lower back stretches.

I see a compassionate and affordable chiropractor who uses a technique called Network Spinal Analysis. It’s gentle touch (no cracking), holistic, and very effective. You could see if there’s a doctor in your area at this website http://www.wiseworldseminars.com/nsa/practitioners/
I wouldn’t want chronic low back pain. It would affect too much of my life. Good luck.

Back pain is caused by pinched muscles in your lower back a very common ailment for men. Here is how you can easily release those trapped muscles to free you from the pain:
Back::
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but remain there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.

The fact that you can’t straighten your back sometimes is serious… You truly need to see a Chiropractor or a Spinal Specialist. You could have disk degeneration, a bulging disk (or several), pinched nerves, issues with your vertebrae…especially if this has been going on for 20 years.
Some light stretches for the lower back are: lay on your back, feet together, knees bent towards the ceiling. Gently point your knees to one side (for 10 seconds) then back to the ceiling, then to the other side (for 10 seconds) and back up towards the ceiling. Bring your knees into your chest, holding that position for 10 to 20 seconds and release. You can also sit on your knees, ease back onto resting your bum on your heals, bend down towards the floor resting your forearms on the floor…touch one hip to the floor (hold for 10 seconds), then rotate and tough the other hip to the floor (hold for 10 seconds).
There is a good over-the-counter back pain med called "Doan’s" which, if your issues are insignificant and muscle related, will work wonders… If Doan’s pills do not work for you, the you truly need to seek professional assistance. Best wishes! :0)

I have an exercise that I do when my back aches, and it does relieve the ache. But – I have never had back pain such as you describe, so I cannot guarantee that your condition will be relieved by this exercise. Anyway, you could try it, and if you feel worse, just stop, there and then. I wish I could post a drawing, but I can’t, so I hope that my descriptive powers are up to the job.
1. Do this lying face down on the floor. You can keep your clothes on, or take them off. Ideally, you should not have anything with a tight waistband on. I do this when I get out of the shower, because it’s a convenient time. Support your upper body on your elbows, forearms lying along the floor, and upper arms vertical. Keep your head up as much as you can, but there’s no need to stretch or strain. It’s all very gentle. Keep your feet (more or less) together. Your back should now be curved backwards. Hold this position for 4 minutes.
2. After 4 minutes (or however long you can manage) extend your forearms as straight as you can, so that your arms are straight and the palms of your hands are flat on the floor and are supporting the upper part of your body, and your back is bent a bit more. Hold this position for 1 minute (or whatever you can manage), then let your upper body slowly sink flat to the floor, and relax.
And that’s it! This exercise was featured in a Reader’s Digest book some years ago. It is designed for people whose back problem is so bad that they are normally confined to bed. When I have back ache, I do this once a day and it usually gets rid of the ache in a week or so. I gave it to a work colleague, and he said it was good for his back ache.
So, friend, I wish you well.
