I have have lower abdominal pain after masterbating what could this be?

I just started my period about a month ago and whenever I masterbate I feel lower abdominal pain and after too. What could this be?

Could only be muscle contractions I’m sure. Thought it would more likely relax you though!!

    its your muscles.because you relax and get so horny you muscles contract.i have had it happen to me beofre …right around after i started my period too…you cant d anything about it though.

    Sweety i ahev read all of your posts and in the very first one you state you are only 11
    you should not even be thinking about that, it loossens u up and its not goo when you fiirst have sex, its less pleasurable.
