Lower Abdominal Pain (centre) and spotting?
I started to feel the pain on the lower abdominal area since yesterday. The pain is not constant but when I sneeze or cough, or if i walk (with big steps), I feel the pain. The pain feels like a bruise or resembles torn muscle when overexercised.
This morning, there was spotting.
What could be wrong with me?
sounds like it could be endometriosis, my wife had the same symptoms….
Go to a Doctor, have them do a ultrasound this could be anything from a Hernia to Cancer!!!!

I wouldn’t go as far as cancer, but it could be maybe some type of infection. it could be a yeast infection, and it doesn’t matter how old you are to get one. Iburning itching and abdomonal pain are some side affects. as for the spotting, i’m not quite sure.. but check with your doctor to be sure.

consult an ob-gyne right away.don’t just ignore the pain.i had that pain a few years ago.

I had very similar pain symptoms and it turned out to be endometriosis. I have recurring cysts that develope on my ovaries as a result of "uterine" tissue that developes outside of the uterus. These accumulations can dvelope many places in the lower abdomin area, and can causes considerable to no pain when they burst or become very large.
I would suggest that you go get an ultrsound immediately to figure out what it is. While it sounds to me like endometriosis, I’m no doctor and it could be something like appendicitis (very serious!!!) , kidney stone (if the pain is in the back as well) or just normal cramping.
A couple questions. Has the pain spread, and developed a "band" around your lower ab area including the back? and have you become bloated? These are other areas that affected me. To find out more info a endometriosis, check out this website. http://www.endometriosis.org There are some nasty and interesting side affects, so look at thouse closely.

you could be pregnant- just saw this on the show about women being pregnant and not knowing it!
could be endo on the sciatic nerve, in the cul-de-sac / pouch of douglas
I’ve had surgery with an endo expert. I’d look into this, and send my records to someone like the CEC for a review of my records. The level of symptoms doesn’t always correspond to the level of endo. I’d be especially concerned about bowel involvement, endo can be invasive. Most ob/gyns don’t know how to really treat endo. Start researching and educating yourself. Some women are helped by using natural progesterone and diet, as they decide about surgical options.
He can’t definitely diagnose without a lap, but a lot of docs guess (correctly) on symptoms. Some people think the pill makes endo worse, one thing it does is lower your natural progesterone long-term. Progesterone (not in the pill in any form) helps some endo symptoms, which is why pregnancy and nursing makes some women feel better.
