I take breaks, do stretches and excercises, but that lower back pain is there and hurting. It all started with 3 herniated discs. I do have pain Rx, but does anyone know of something they did that helps on a daily basis? I did the epidural steroid enjections. The DR says that the sitting isn’t good for a bad back. Thanks and take care!
are there any stretches to improve my back or stop back pain, or are there any core stretches to take pressure off my back?
I am 35 weeks along and have maintained a pretty normal weight so far during my pregnancy. I have managed to stay in the 25-35 lb range, so I feel like I have been doing pretty well. Up until recently, I have been able to go on walks and do light pilates and yoga – keeping myself fit for the big day! But, just last week, I have started feeling like there is absolutely no way I can exercise. I am completely exhausted and lightheaded and just want to go home from work and go straight to bed. All I can manage to make myself do is some stretches, just to try to get my back pain to subside. My question is: do you think this is enough? I feel like a little stretching is better than nothing at all, and I am still working on eating a healthy diet, but I just want to make sure I am doing what is best for me and the baby. Has anyone experienced this extreme fatigue during their pregnancies? Any advice? I really appreciate all the answers!

Hi..
I’m 17 weeks pregnant and recently I’ve been having a lot of pain in my lower back. I know its to be expected during pregnancy but I thought it happened later on.. Has anyone else had back pain this early? And are there any stretches or exercises that I can do to minimize it? Thanks!

I’m in my 26th week, I feel back pain and my stomach is very tight all the time. I lay down a lot cause that’s the only thing that helps me feel better, I am looking for some stretches or exercises I can do that are safe and will help me with carrying this big belly for the rest of the pregnancy as well as help me with delivery.
do you know of any moves? dvds to buy? websites that have videos? or just describe what helped you? thanks!

I would like to tattoo on the hollow of the ring? This is normal, it will stretch with your body change?
If growing in my back (muscularly). Or shrinks, the distortion ring? What are a few common? I hope that does not have special meaning for me.
Back in the middle of it you will find it very misleading. If it is at shoulderblade. Your will be minimal. I never see the tattoo, so I doubt it so widely.
For some reason when i sit with good posture, my upper right back gets more painful with time, i tried doing stretches and sit it didn’t work

i am currently 26 weeks pregnant and experiencing pain right below my spine, on the pelvis on the right side, right above my butt. it doesnt always hurt except when i get up from bed or bend over to get anything, or after i go for long walks in the woods(a couple miles) which i do at least four times a week. (walking necessary for dog and stopping depression)
where the pain is i got injured 3 years ago in a fall. i thought i might have fractured my pelvis at the time, but it healed on it’s own, and has only hurt me occasionally until lately with this pregnancy. the pain seems to be getting worse every day. has anyone dealt with this sort of pain before and are there any stretches or exercises that can lessen the pain?

My tailbone/lower back area has been killing me, and I was just wondering if anyone knew of any exercises or stretches that would help alleviate the pain? Thanks!
I had physical therapy for 3 months of my life when I was in a car accident, and at this point and time while it would be nice to do again it would be too costly for me to afford.
neck and shoulder pain for approx 4 months?
i have neck pain radiating to my shoulders and top of my arms some relief from heat but never free from pain worse at night affects my sleep pattern what can be the cause?
Several possibilities here, depending on how long this has been going on for and what started it. Heat gives some relief, which would suggest a muscular cause, however, it is probable that the nerves in the neck are involved as well. Overall, it doesn’t sound too serious. I presume there is no pain numbness or pins and needles into either arm. Drop in and see an osteopath or a chiropractor, they will be able to evaluate the situation, examine your neck and hopefully effect a lasting treatment. Normally they can work out what caused it in the first place, dodgy pillows, driving or sitting for far too long in front of the computer.
In the meantime, try alternating hot and cold packs (wet towels, hot water bottles gel packs- whatever is most convenient) 1 min. cold, 3 mins hot- alternate 3-4 times, until you can get treatment.
Hope this helps, good luck
